I'm Tennessee born and bred. Raised in Portland, Tennessee, and a graduate of David Lipscomb University and Tennessee State University, I have taught school from Macon County (Macon County High School) and Sumner County (Portland High and Hunter Middle) to Nashville (Lipscomb University, Nashville State Community College, Metro-Nashville) retiring in 2004. I've traveled these highways and I know the various communities in Nashville as well as the mid-state.
